SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed. Please note that the 10 business day processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. If you have a time constraint in which you need the package to be delivered, you can email us at leighanjewelry@gmail.com and we will let you know if we can accommodate that for you. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Any orders that are made over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses and to select international countries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Leigh-An Jewelry ships to most international destinations. Please note that international orders cannot be returned for any reason whatsoever. No exceptions. 

Orders that are shipped outside of Jamaica may be subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Import Fees may include the following charges:

Duties: the amount charged by the country for an individual item

Freight: transportation costs incurred by the carrier

Insurance: the amount for insuring the package

Taxes: the Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country

Brokerage: the amount charged by the broker to clear customs

Disbursement: the amount the carrier charges to disburse the costs to the country

Other Fee(s): the transaction fee and any additional costs that may be incurred (e.g., rural-area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)

If you refuse a shipment from Leigh-An Jewelry or a shipment is undeliverable, you are still responsible for the cost of the merchandise, the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Leigh-An Jewelry.

Once items have been shipped, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it please contact the following to file a claim for your missing shipment:

Jamaica Post or Knutsford Express for those in Jamaica

USPS for those whose shipping address is in North America and chose 3-5 day shipping

FedEx for those whose shipping address is in North America and chose 1-2 day shipping

DHL for those whose shipping address is in the rest of the world

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns for refunds. We’ll gladly accept unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on www.leighanjewelry.com within Jamaica only with original packaging and tags in place for EXCHANGE ONLY for an item of equal or lesser value. Please note that international orders cannot be returned for any reason. If we receive a return item without the original packaging or tags in place, the item will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to you as is. If there is a price difference involved with your exchange, a discount code with that value will be issued via email. This discount code CANNOT be used towards shipping. Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

If there is nothing on our website that you wish to exchange your item for at this time, you may opt for a store credit. The store credit will be issued via a discount code for the value of the returned piece once we have received it with original packaging and all tags in place. The store credit will not include the shipping cost. All return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Clearance items, items marked "Sale" or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for Refund or Exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Exchanges must be received within 10 days of delivery. No exchanges will be accepted after 10 days.

We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping costs.

Only items that are available will be eligible for exchange. No customization will be accommodated.  

Please note, we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country.

HOW TO EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE

Please note that international orders cannot be returned for any reason. Customers located in Jamaica can exchange any unworn item to us within 5 days of receiving your original order. Just email us at leighanjewelry@gmail.com and let us know the problem/concern you have with your order (If the issue is a flaw or defect with the piece we may be able to help you so that a return will not be necessary) and ship it back to us via Jamaica Post or you can also deliver the package personally. We will provide you with an address to deliver it to personally if you so choose.

The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.

We'll send you an email as soon as we've received your exchange in its original condition. Once received, your exchange will be processed within 10 business days or less (excluding weekends and public holidays) as we may have to remake the piece.

We try hard to accept all exchanges. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Once items are shipped it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Jamaica Post at (876) 967-0838, USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777, DHL at (876) 920 0010 (you may also Google different numbers for the DHL in your country) or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to file a Claim for the missing shipment.

All items purchased using a discount code are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
